We were visiting Bethlehem PA for Valentines Day weekend. My wife made a reservation at the Twisted Olive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. I would not hesitate to go back.
All around amazing experience at the Twisted Olive. Veronica and Zahir are both amazing and attentive servers that enhance the customer experience. The drinks are great and the food is incredible. The French onion soup dumplings are probably one of the best appetizers weve ever had. We will definitely be back soon!
Alex our waitress was PHENOMINAL. She was personable, made suggestions based on our preferences, and was receptive to our requests. Her positive energy shows that she loves what she does. We will be back soon simply because she was an outstanding waitress. Dont let her go. She deserves a raise.

Came here for Valentines Days dinner, I was blown away, by how fresh and delicious the food was I had the cod dish I switched the recommended sauce with olive oil and it was amazing and the octopus appetizer and my wife had the steak and the ravioli. Incredibly tasty kudos to the chef!
